In 2001 the Roseworthy Campus Association resolved to establish a public charitable fund for the purpose of maintaining and developing excellence in education, training and research in agricultural and related pursuits based at Roseworthy Campus.
In 2004 the fund, named the Roseworthy Campus and Student Fund, commenced with a $5,000 contribution from the Association.
Over the next twelve years the Fund became the conduit for a number of scholarships, in addition to the Roseworthy Campus and Student Fund Scholarship.
